Dispatch and fulfilment
Nebular may supply a mix of stocked items, special-order items,
quote-only products, and bulky freight items. Dispatch timing can
vary depending on product type, supplier availability, and whether
freight needs manual confirmation before the order can be sent.
Courier delivery and bulky freight
Smaller items may be sent by standard courier where the website
shipping settings allow it. Larger or heavier items may require a
manual freight quote, depot collection, commercial delivery
planning, or direct contact before dispatch can be confirmed.
Pickup orders
Where pickup is offered, customers should wait for confirmation
that the item is ready before arriving. Pickup timing may depend
on stock, supplier lead time, or current workshop scheduling.
Delivery timing
Any delivery timeframe shown on the website is an estimate only.
Freight carriers, supplier delays, special-order items, and
commercial delivery constraints can all affect the final timing.
Checking goods on arrival
Customers should inspect delivered goods as soon as reasonably
possible and contact Nebular promptly if an item arrives damaged,
incomplete, or clearly incorrect.
Change-of-mind returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at Nebular's discretion,
especially for standard stocked items returned unused and in
saleable condition. Freight, special-order, custom, or workshop-
specific items may not be suitable for change-of-mind return once
ordered.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or materially not what was ordered,
customers should contact Nebular as soon as possible so the issue
can be assessed and the next step agreed. That may involve repair,
replacement, refund, or supplier assessment depending on the item
and the circumstances.
Quote-only products
Some items are intentionally left as contact for quote
because freight, fitment, stock timing, or product scope can vary
too much for a clean fixed-price checkout. Those items may require
manual confirmation before an order can proceed.
These shipping and return notes are intended to explain how Nebular
handles website orders in practice. They do not override customer
rights that apply under New Zealand law where those rights are
relevant.
